Gene Endrody over at Maid Marian has been working on a Shockwave-based multiplayer 3D game called Sherwood that is playable through your web browser. It uses Macromedia's deprecated MUS technology to provide the connection between players, so I don't know how long of a life it has, but it sure is an impressive feat for a lone developer. It's got nice, smooth motion, a fun environment, and just plain looks good.
